Cristian is at the top for Salsa/Bachata instructors in the LA area. His beginner classes are the best because of the breakdown of the steps so beginners do not develop bad basic dance habits which can be extremely difficult to break. He also makes all students feel very comfortable so that they want to learn more and attend additional classes.
Cristian thoroughly enjoys seeing a new student pick up the steps and get better at the dance from lesson to lesson. His knowledge of musicality is exceptional and understanding the music plays an important part if you are going to become a good salsa dancer. He has been teaching in the Santa Monica area for over 10 years and has won several championships including World Champion for Salsa, Bachata and Free Style more than once. Most important he is very approachable and he does not think any question is a dumb one. We all learn from the answers.
