I have been painting my whole life since I was 7 years old. I have built my career as an artist/art teacher after graduation of my university. I resumed teaching as a stay at home mom of a daughter! What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified Grumbacher Art Instructor. I am featured Illustrator. Also, I am award-winning graphic designer.
I had 2 art shows in Hollywood “Raw artists: CONNECT” and Glendale “Open arts & music festival” in California.
I was featured as a Illustrator in “Drawn VOL2”
How did you get started teaching?
I grew up in teaching environment, my both parents are professionals in education. After years of my work experiences in art/fashion/animation fields, I have realized two things : I feel the happiest when I teach art, I can share my skills I learned from my experiences. Plus, I have fun-loving, caring personality!
What types of students have you worked with?
All ages. From very young 1st grade kids, 11 year-old kid, junior-high students to college student and adults
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I am very into watercolor painting recently. So I am thinking of creating an event for all ages with all levels, at the park or acrylic painting classes. Isn't it sound fun? :-)
