Branden Brown Music Lessons

Hi, my name is Branden. I'm a jazz saxophonist, composer, and woodwind specialist with 15 years of experience playing music, and 8 years of experience as an educator.

I work with students of all ages and experience levels, and especially love helping students reach their individual goals.

I recently completed my Master's degree in Jazz Studies from the University of Southern California - where I studied with renowned musicians Bob Mintzer and Vince Mendoza. Previous to living in Los Angeles, I completed a Bachelor's in Jazz Studies from the University of North Texas, where I studied with Brad Leali.

From my time in school, as well as my professional music experience, I've had the pleasure to study with, as well as perform with, world class jazz, classical and pop musicians. One of the most rewarding experiences outside of performing, however, is getting to share my knowledge and experience with up-and-coming musicians who are either just starting out, or looking to gain new perspectives in their craft.
