I would love to share my knowledge and insights from more than 20 years as a professional self-employed artist. I graduated from the University of Colorado in 2004 with a BA in Studio Arts, and since then I have been creating art for a living. My emphasis and greatest passion has always been painting and I express that in my studio as well as live in front of audiences at concerts and festivals. This dichotomy allows me to expand both my precise rendering at home, and delve deep into expressive painting with live music.

-My strengths to share from the studio are precise portraiture/figure painting and accurate rendering/lighting of anything you can see. I can also teach how use those skills to create fantastic realms from your imagination.

-From the live experience I can teach you how to create a dynamic and emotional painting and open you up to channeling the moment. Learn fun steps that will allow you to create finished art in hours.

-I can teach oil or acrylic painting, and I can also teach the drawing skills needed to plan and perfect your final piece.
