About

THE CAGE Hockey Rink was created in 2004 by founder Frank Dalessandro. His mission was to create and operate clean safe family sports programs for the communities that he was serving. Starting in 2004 THE CAGE formed a community partnership in Orange county to acquire an abandoned roller hockey rink. We striped this rink down to it’s studs and rebuilt it to host several different arena sports. While hockey was the primary sport of the facility, THE CAGE offered affordable programs for both Youth and Adults. We also offered programs for indoor soccer, lacrosse, roller derby and dodge ball. With in a couple years, this facility was running seven days a week. There were weekly leagues for both youth and adults. There were also youth travel programs and several tournaments through out the year. This program was very successful.

In 2009 THE CAGE again found an unused facility and duplicated this process again in Los Angeles county. This facility was slightly different in that the primary program of roller hockey was so successful so quickly that roller hockey filled all available hours. This was achieved again with in two years. This program has weekly youth and adult leagues, seasonal tournaments and a youth travel program. This program has been running at capacity ever since.

THE CAGE is now looking to expand it’s programs in a new location. We are always looking for great communities to work with. If you feel that your community would like to join a proven successful partner to create youth and adult sports programs for your families feel free to contact us at any time.

You can always get more information at either our website www.CageHockey.com or our Facebook page at "THE CAGE Roller Hockey Rink" .
