Matt Bambrick - SoCal Youth Sports Solutions
About
Hello! My name is Matthew Bambrick and I am the founder of SoCal Youth Sports Solutions. Growing up in England, I loved 2 things, sports and Aston Villa. For the past 15 years, I have been living the dream by doing what I love the most, coaching soccer as my chosen vocation. I have had the absolute pleasure of meeting some of the greatest people throughout my career, and most of them couldn’t even tie their shoelaces. It gives me an enormous feeling of joy watching the kids transform from being shy on Day 1, too scared to leave mom’s side, to falling in love with the sport and begging to come to class to play each week. A joy shared by every coach and parent, I am sure!
Your child is the center of our world. Whether they want to be a Forward, Midfielder, Defender, or whatever their ambitions or dreams may be, their mental and physical well-being is the center of everything we do. Having classes specifically tailored for children and designed to engage them in sport is the core of our program. We focus on not only developing sports skills in a safe and supportive environment, but also building important life skills including Character, Curiosity, Creativity, and Courageousness.
Our Classes...
By designing the framework for all classes, we are able to give you the consistency and quality experience every parent desires when getting involved in sports. Our coaches use the class framework in order to tailor learnings to each individual and each class, guaranteeing your child’s success and happiness.
Our class framework takes two key questions into consideration:
1) Why do children play sports?
2) Why do they stop?

SoCal Youth Sports classes are also designed to develop technical and sporting qualities in your child. We are able to do this by constantly checking for understanding and asking the children to reflect on their experiences. We encourage the players to solve problems with their own technical and tactical solutions.
