Softball has never been a hobby for me. I have always had a passion for the sport. I love coaching because I get to help other girls build their strength, confidence, and love for the game. Many amazing coaches (Mackenzie Vandergeest, Jamee Juarez, Whitney Baker, Anjelica Selden, etc...) helped me to achieve my softball goals and I am so thankful for them, I see coaching as a way to give back to the game for everything that it has given me.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First Lesson is always primarily an assesment lesson. I spend most of the time watching mechanics, looking for problems with their form, and evaluating their different pitches (if they have more than a fastball). I also spend time talking with my new client about what their goals are. Do you want to increase speed, strength, or endurance? Do you want to improve on accuracy, ball spin, or movement?
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 12 years coaching experience. I have been a pitcher for over 15 years myself (I still pitch in an adult fastpitch league). I have trained and played at the highest level in softball (International softball). Being a woman coach gives me the ability to help young girls with the mental and physical ascpects of the game because I have walked in their "cleats" so to speak. Building confidence is a very important aspect of being a successful pitcher.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
70$ an hour
50$ per 30 mins (10 and under only)
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with beginners to advanced pitchers and everything in between. I have worked with girls as young as 6-7 years old teaching them fundamentals. I have also worked with college women to improve velocity and movement.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Ask the instructor where they played college softball and who their pitching coaches were.
Try and find coaches who have played ProFastpitch or International softball.
