Volleyball Private Lessons
About
I have coached several different youth teams ages 13-18 in competitive leagues back in the Bay Area. We competed in tournaments and have won several of them. I have experience working with different types of skill levels from beginner to intermediate players. I have worked with United States of Youth Volleyball League (USYVL) and coached youth kids as well that were from ages 8-15. I played men's club volleyball for UC Davis where I traveled to competitive NCVF nationals tournaments in Kansas City and Louisville. With that I have played volleyball for over 15 years and understand and sharing my love for the game.
I have coached players of various ages for about 4 years and loved getting to see the improvements that they make and the lessons they learn from the sport. It is my passion and I want to share that passion by passing it down to other people.
Additionally on the side I am a student physical therapist so I excel at developing a training plan that is tailored to a reduced risk of injury and to improve overall performance.
