Austin McClelland Photography

I absolutely love photography. My goal is to pass that love of photography on to my students. I started with my first camera when I was 8 years old. 28 years later, here I am. I have my own photography business in which I shoot everything from weddings to professional level reproduction of fine art for private collectors (as well as working with a few museums in Orange County). In addition, i have WPPI (Wedding and Portrait Photographers International) Certification. I can take you through the fundamentals of shooting in manual all the way through handling your own wedding or portrait job (should you choose that direction). I look forward to working with you!

I enjoy the scope of what photography offers. A fine blend of technical ability, artistry, and personal interaction. The technical aspects are simple enough that they become second nature with practice. The artistic aspect is vast. The creation and progression of personal style while also experimenting with completely opposite or complementary styles creates a newness and intrigue every day. The personal interaction is fantastic. Working with individuals (or groups as the case may be) on happy occasions (weddings, family portraits, etc.) brings makes the work feel good.
