About
Being a certified Kundalin Research Insitute Level Two Instructor, I have spent the last decade diving deeply into this yogic science. Even as I teach people of all ages and walks of life, I continue to study by taking annual trips to India. I have been fortunate to work with several Masters in the Kundalini Yoga world. Having done so, I am able to bring pure and practical teachings to the daily challenges we all face. I do not "string clients along." My preference is to supply the tools an individual can use to help themselves and move on.
I am also a mantra recording artist.
I enjoy giving people the specific postures, meditations, breath and/or chants that will help them self-liberate. My greatest pleasure is derived from watching clients succeed in enhancing their lives and expeand spiritually. Here is my contact info.:

How did you get started teaching?
My siter introduced me to Kundalini Yoga. Having been a teacher of one thing or another most of my adult life, the minute I took my first Kundalini class I knew that this was the thing I was meant to be teaching!
What types of students have you worked with?
I have taught people as young as 2 years old and as old as 85. I have taught those with mental or physical disabilities, the homeless, the addicted, military, athletes, artists, in public and private schools, corporate settings, studios that exclusively Kundalini and mixed pratice studios.
This serves not to show MY varietal abilitoes, but those of Kundalini Yoga!
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Each Summer Solstice in the high desrt out side of Sant Fe , New Mexico, there is a gathering of about 2,000 yogis. It is here we meditate and celbrate, sing and dance, eath well yet healthy. It lasts about 10 days and is SOOOO fun!
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
My advice is to try this, or anything, at least 5 times.
This allows for the discomfort of unfamiliarity to fade and the seed of expertise to take root.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Mentally and spiritually think big picture; physically let the teacher know what is happening in the moment.
