Five stars isn’t enough! Scott has been coaching my son, Aiden, now for two years, and we are beyond blessed to have this opportunity. Scott teaches from the heart with real life experience. He leads by example with integrity, loyalty, and passion for his love of the game. Through Scott’s leadership and guidance, I am also more confident in my sons personal growth, and Aiden is more confident in himself. Scott pushes Aiden to get more comfortable with throwing and maximizing his talents. He is not only one of the best coaches we have worked with but he is also a great person. He puts a lot of energy into the mental game and teaches Aiden not to get frustrated or be hard on himself. Scott teaches hard work, respect for the game, and dedication, and is great at putting things in perspective. Aiden can’t wait for every session and always wants to be his best, to make Coach Scott proud. Not out of fear or worry, but out of the highest level of respect. I couldn’t recommend him more.

Coach Lubin has coached both my oldest and now my youngest. Start to finish my son gets a well rounded lesson. We love the consistency and the manner in which the lessons are given.

Liked how Scott explained launch and angle pitching mindsets. He really challenged my son with proper footwork and most frequent scenarios he would run into. He looked and his coming to set, leg lift, slide step and separation. Results were immediate which helped with more things to cover.
