I love the ability to expand my understanding of the human baddies potential. Every person I have the pleasure to work with is a learning experience for the coach and the student; we have been given this beautiful gift of life. The brain has an amazing capacity to learn; the muscles,bones, joints, and ligaments have an amazing capacity for power and movement; the heart and vascular system for endurance and recovery, and much much more! I have a deep love for learning everything I can about human anatomy and physiology and being able to translate this knowledge into becoming more powerful or more athletic or even just healthy, and when I can inspire another to do the same I enjoy life and feel fulfilled.

Initially I conduct a personal assessment customized to the athlete or person which may consist of weightlifting test, agility/running/conditioning test, a flexibility test, or range of motion/proper form/fundamental/skills test.
