Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Expect hard work, goal specific drills. If you have trouble shooting were going to see what wrong with your shot. Repetition and intensity will be the motto. Practice makes perfect. First we'll make sure the player is stretched, warm up drills such as dribbling, hand drills, ect... Then we will focus on the areas that need improvement at game speed so that it becomes natural in the game. After the player is tired we'll focus on mental toughness to improve stamina in fatigue.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
2010 TAPPS high school champions, 2x Offensive Player of the Year, #3 player in the state in 2010 ect, Rick Bolus #8 player in 2009 camp... Played Div 2 college level basketball and 1 year semi-pro in San Diego. I have 4 years of personal training experience. I am also experienced as referee for players ages 5-adult.
