I was recovering from a car accident and was ready to start something new and different. I decide to take her warm meditative flow class and absolutely loved it. I like that she added penial gland awareness and opened chakras.

It depends on the background of the student and what their desired results are. For example, if I'm working with a group of people a mixed level yoga flow class is where I'll start. If I'm working with an individual who is recovering from a sports injury or a surgery I may work privately and include some nutrition suggestions. Sometimes I work privately with individuals who are just looking to increase their flexibility and so I will take them through a process using props and holding postures for longer periods of time to get the blood flow to the connective tissue and maximize their results. If I'm working with someone who is requiring personal coaching around relationships career our finance we may take a different approach.
Just as we are all unique individuals we have unique challenges. While group classes are wonderful to see where we're at, Working one on one can provide a personal platform to accelerate and deepen desired results.
