Coach G is amazing. I would recommend anyone to have your kids train with him hes dedicated and he will ask you what you want to see out of your child. Coach has been training my son for 2 years and hes speed is so much faster. My son is the running back for CAL HIGH I see the difference. You will not be disappointed.

My 15 year old son has been training with Gerald for 7 years. Without a doubt, THE best training that my son has ever experienced. Great mix of athlete and sports-specific training focused on next level preparation. Gerald is very knowledgeable and a great teacher. He takes the time to get to know the athlete and can easily relate. Highly recommend.
