About

My service stands out because I make sure the player is having fun, smiling, and enjoying the process of putting in some extra time on their skill set to become better and understand more of what they want out of the training.

I really enjoy seeing the player enjoy themselves!!! The thing is to get better of course but seeing a client overcome a challenge or obstacle is just exhilarating. I'm all about the youth and my way to helping them become better people is through Baseball!!!

My process is to assess the clients abilities beforehand by taking them through a few drills, which allows them to show me their skill set, then I tailor the session for the clients ability.

I have worked in the Baseball training industry for over 10 years. I Played minor league baseball with KC Royals and Atlanta Braves, I have trained Jimmy Rollins of the Philadelphia Phillies, and I trained my Son Osiris Johnson who was drafted in 2018 in the 2nd round #53 in the country that year.

I started my Baseball training career officially in 2010 when I helped with my son's Babe Ruth team. But I have been training since I finished my pro/minor league career in 1994. I started working with my younger cousin Jimmy "J-Roll" Rollins formally of the Philadelphia Phillies.

I work with students of all ages starting at 10yrs old to Professional. I currently work with Minor League professional players and youth little league  players through high school.

I really enjoy the fact that MLB has a portal for underprivileged youth in baseball called the "Breakthrough Series" and the "Hank Aaron Invitational"

The advice that I like to give players and there parents is to enjoy the process and have fun. Make sure that the Teacher/Instructor Tailors the training season for the individual player!!!
