What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The first session will be an assestment of the athletes skill level and ability. From there we can create workouts that cater to their needs
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have coached at all levels domestically and internationally. I played at the collegiate level and played semi professionally in China. I love working with all athletes regardless of your age, skill level or experience.
