Gabba Gabba Wood Fire Pizza

I'm an Italian pizzaiolo. Growing up in Italy learning Italian cooking especially from my mother. I have a little pizza business where I can give authentic Italian pizza out of my wood fire oven . Can't get more authentic that this . I would like to teach how to make this food from scratch. From making the dough to topping to work with wood oven. I moved to the states on 2011 and I've been working in different pizza places all over the bay.
