Hello. My Name is Mario Vargas. I am a Painter. too many things to write. you are welcome to ask me anytime. I don't like resumes much(sorry). I reside in Downtown, Sacramento.  I Studied Art/Painting abroad but mainly my degrees are from CSU Sacramento and from The School of The Art Institute of Chicago. I have a working studio. I concentated in figure painting. I've had Art exhibits throughout the U.S. I can and will teach you painting, drawing, sculpture, photography and other mediums but more inportant, i will teach you about ART.
