Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First I look at all the drawings/ paintings they've already done if they have. Then I evaluate where they are skill level wise and begin at the very basics. We will go over shapes and color theory first, then move into drawing basic objects and painting them. Once that is down we move into the more intermediate things.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a tattoo artist in the Temecula area I am currently opening up my own shop in San Marcos. I've been tattooing for 5 years and I am currently teaching my second apprentice. If you are taking lessons for a while and want to pursue a career as a tattoo artist there are options available upon request!
