My style of teaching is adaptable to the clients needs. I am a 500 hour certified yoga teacher. Currently I teach Vinyasa Flow, Restorative Yoga, Yin and Chair Yoga. As a Reiki Master/Teacher I incorporate energy healing into my classes.

You will experience encouragement, empowerment and support in meeting your goals and deepest desires.

I also provide Reiki practitioner courses and personal worth life coaching/consulting.
