I enjoy athletes of all ages wanting to work hard, learn, and grow in the sport of baseball. Watching a young athletes compete and experiance success is priceless.

    Coach Fox has been an excellent pitching coach. After working with him for two months, my 12 year old has made amazing progress. Coach Fox is very patient and knows how to maximize the potential of each player. He taught my son the proper mechanics of pitching in small segments that were easy for a 12 year old to learn and retain. I love seeing the improvement in my childs ability and confidence from week to week. Im excited to see what the future may hold as we continue with the lessons.     Coach Fox is an excellent pitching instructor I’d highly recommend for anyone trying to get to the next level or just better at pitching in general. He always provided me insight from his past experience and what’s he’s learned over the years which really helped my game. I learned new things from him every lesson with regards to mechanics, mental focus, pitch sequencing, new grips, etc... Coach Fox genuinely cared about my success by always keeping in touch between lessons, coming to watch some of my games, and even recommending me to some college coaches which really helped draw a lot of interest to me.     Always begin with the basics. Mechanics and being balanced are the key, to develope proper mechaincs various drills can be used.  Arm care and body conditioning are both important, proper conditioning and mechanics lead to less stress on the arm and better recovery.

    I knew I always wanted to Teach and Coach. I enjoy passing my knowledge along to others. I am a life long learner, always open to see how the game is changing.

    All ages from 8 years old to 30. All students are at different levels. I want to see them improve and have fun while they are doing it.

    Don't be afraid ask questions.  Not every teacher or Coach is a perfect fit.
