What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Always begin with the basics. Mechanics and being balanced are the key, to develope proper mechaincs various drills can be used. Arm care and body conditioning are both important, proper conditioning and mechanics lead to less stress on the arm and better recovery.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
-Over 20 years coaching experiance
-Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology from California Baptist University
- Masters Degree in Coaching & Athletic Administration from Concordia University
- Member of 1997 Cal Baptist NAIA World Series team
- Coached all ages 8-24. 7 years of travel ball coaching experiance 12u-18u, 5 years lower level High School Head coach, and varsity assistant coach over 15 years.
- Helped numerous Athletes prepare and advance to High School, College and Professional level.

How did you get started teaching?
I knew I always wanted to Teach and Coach. I enjoy passing my knowledge along to others. I am a life long learner, always open to see how the game is changing.
What types of students have you worked with?
All ages from 8 years old to 30. All students are at different levels. I want to see them improve and have fun while they are doing it.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Don't be afraid ask questions. Not every teacher or Coach is a perfect fit.
