There is a big difference between a trainer and a coach. A coach knows how to teach and get you to the place you want to go with a progressional plan
A trainer will just work you hard so you feel you have accomplished something and hope that you have learned it on your own due to repitition
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Know their own strenghts and weakness
