FitSport Kinetics, founded in 2020 and located in Pasadena, CA, offers a comprehensive range of training options for all ages and fitness levels. They excel in providing individual, small group, and team training, guided by certified Performance Coaches. Their offerings include daily group fitness classes, and boxing, cardio kickboxing, and self-defense classes for adults and youth 13+. For young athletes, they provide speed and agility training from beginners (ages7-12) to advanced and elite speed and strength classes (ages 13+).
