Mina’s Dance/Tumbling Lessons
About
16 Year Old.
I've been a professional gymnasts for 6 years, danced for 2 years, Black Belt in Taekwondo ITF and did cheerleading for another 2 years. I'm also a native Russian speaker and provide Russian Language Lessons.
Dancing and tumbling was a huge part of my life since I was 4 year old. In those 6 years of being a competative gymnast I was able to get into National Team of Kazakhstan for 2020 Olympic Games. After gymnastics, I went to ballroom/latin dance for a year and was able to recieve three 1st places in 3 competitions that I attended. I was also a cheerleader at my high school for 2 years (sophomore-junior years).
I've been doing Taekwondo ITF for 2 years and achieved black belt in 2019. In those 2 years, I became a 3 times National Champion in both forms and sparring, became a National Team Member and brought home 2 Gold medals from International Championship in Azerbaijan and 1 Bronze medal from World Cup in Belarus. Learning martial arts is very important in child's development because it teaches kids from young age to be disciplined and ability to defend themselves.
I believe that in order to achieve a high level at a certain sport, kids need to start practicing since a very young age. That will help athletes to learn discipline, have set goals for their future and become motivated. Kids will learn how to improve themselves for the better and will develop a strong bond with their sport. By taking my dance lessons, kids can grow to the level where they can get accepted into competative dance academies in order to become a competitive dancer. By taking my tumbling lessons kids can grow to the level where they can continue on becoming a competative cheerleader, dancer or even a gymnast. By taking my Taekwondo lessons, young athletes can develop necessary skills to defend themselves out on the streets and continue on with the sport by joining conpetative martial arts teams.
