About this pro

For quick and easy steps on how to paint, draw, color or shade, I provide you simple art techniques and teach you how to become an artist within a few weeks. As a professional international artist, I am well versed with art in different media, and I can teach you how to become an artist on paper and using different computer programs.

Beauty lies in the eye of the beholder and appreciating art is dependent on every person's personal view of it. I love to teach people to appreciate their own artistic talents and to let their inner perception of art be illuminated in what they produce.

FAQs

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

Based on what the student desires to learn, I offer the first class as an introduction to the subject, then the following classes are to help the student gain skill and expertise in their artistic talent.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a Bachelor of Arts in Design degree and a Master of Science in International Business. I have over 10 years work experience in design, art and publishing having worked for several local and international businesses.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

I charge based on what the person wants to learn. I may offer one free class when a person books over 5 classes. The first class I will provide simple art tools for your convenience at minimal cost to you.

How did you get started teaching?

Several people who look at my artworks want to learn how to make their own art. I personally help them discover their own talents rather than trying to copy what others have done. Art is nurtured from within, and everyone has their own artistic talent.

What types of students have you worked with?

Children, Teens, Adults

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

Look for an art educator that matches what you are interested in learning, in addition, be optimistic and open to learn new techniques when your personal classes begin.

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

Every student knows their personal art capacity. Initially, be open to embrace new art ideas. However, here are some helpful questions:

1. What are you interested in learning?

2. Why do you want to learn this art style?

3. How much time do you want to dedicate to learn it?

4. How much experience do you have in the art technique you want to pursue?

5. Are you willing to embrace new ideas on art?
