Current Assistant Women's Basketball coach at a Los Angeles College. 

College/Pro level trainer

4 (30-60 minute) training session - $100. Must commit to a single session in the beginning. Individual will be assessed at the end of the 4 sessions. Note: to see development in the individual, he/she must take no less 4 session to actually see development. Some adapt quickly, others slower. 8 week's total should allow you to see development. Each case is different. Based on individuals ability to progress.

Helped an individual loss over 100lbs by training her for basketball. Lots of running and daily mentoring. She lost weight and learned how to play basketball on the college level.

Make sure you create a connection with the trainer. Open dialogue is the best ticket. People develop at different stages... Your trainer should know this and be able to adapt to each case accordingly.
