Passionate about working with kids of all ages on proper baseball throwing and pitching mechanics.
Baseball pitching instructor is my passion on helping pitchers finding and feeling thier best pitching mechanics and being clean balanced and able to repeat.
Helping pitchers with different pitches, velocity and control of thier pitches by using proper pitching mechanics is rewarding.
Over the years watching a pitcher working hard and improving as a pitcher moving up from Little League to Travel baseball to High School to Milb and to the MLB has been real rewarding for me to watch some of my pitching students succeed.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Talking with the parents and students on what they want to accomplish on doing pitching lessons and what they would like to work on, what level they want to get their baseball pitching skills to in the future so we can work on it during the lesson.
Working with the students on the fundamentals and fine tuning the mechanics of throwing and then working on the mechanics of pitching, so they can understand how to control their body and learn how to use their legs and timing to throw harder with better control of their pitches.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
High School, college and professional baseball pitching experience, Certified National Pitching Association, Texas Pitching Ranch Education,Positive Coaching Alliance, 9 years coaching varsity high school baseball, 19 years coaching travel baseball.

How did you get started teaching?
Started coaching little league baseball and parents asked me to give their son pitching lessons and they would pay me.
What types of students have you worked with?
Coaching pitchers ages 7 years old to young men in the MLB.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Holding a pitching clinic for students with a Milb pitcher that I have been doing pitching lessons with since he was 11 years old, and having a question answer session afterwards with kids asking for pictures and autographs.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Make sure the instructor has experience in what they are teaching and do some research on the instructor.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
What the students want to work on to get better and feel more comfortable during game situation.
