My interest in seeking this opportunity comes from being an experienced professional player that loves mentoring the next generation with pride and dignity. I’m also the founder of Eaelitetraining here in San Diego, my program specializes in skill development & IQ concepts. We work with all ages from the NBA players from the (National Basketball Association) all the way down to youth , we also service worldwide. I would be honored for this opportunity to help these young teenagers become better young men first and foremost through game of Basketball. I’ve been blessed and fortunate enough to get mentored from one of the worlds best coaches/trainers Phil Handy as you will see on the resume. I’m passionate about my job. I've very passionate about player development always had love for the game of basketball since youth. From playing the game to teaching what thing that never changes is my passion! No client will be left behind everyone is treated equally. I love seeing my clients take what we worked on into the games and excute. That's what I love about my job

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
It's very important you have brief conversation with your clients about their strength & weaknesses before beginning any sessions. Why is it important ? It's simple you need to know what each individual strengths is that way were sure we target that right areas to improve on so we can become the best complete player possible! The type of workouts will be based off our clients skill set level also their age. We work with every level from the NBA to youth.
