With almost 5 decades of doing art and a decade plus of teaching art I have a lot of experience! I am an award winning artist with a MFA in painting and drawing from Otis in Los Angeles and 25 years producing art for my own company Pinx A Card Company. I am also a Certified Zentangle Teacher; Zentangle, a method of meditation and relaxation, is the teaching of patterns and other modalities to produce very fun and interesting art!

I have recently moved to Spring Hill Tennesse and look forward to teaching here!

I am so pleased when my students settle in comfortably to the artwork, feeling at ease and enjoying! It is always my goal to have my students love what they produce and get the benifits of accomplishment, including feeling calm, engaged and proud of their art!

Doing art can be a very intimidating adventure! I love helping my students learn to relax into the doing of art, understanding the concept of the "happy accident" and that having an openess to exploring without worrying about the outcome is key to all artists whether that person has years of experience or is a novice!!!
