Kiki's Lessons

Hi! My name is Kiki. To me, art is all about freedom and being able to express yourself, which humans should be able to experience in general. I would love to be able to teach art, among other things, in a mentally safe/positive environment and way. I started drawing and becoming interested in art at about age 8 when I drew my first self portrait (I'm 24, now). I took some art classes in high school; ceramics, drawing/painting, and photography. And also a few in college: figure drawing which is drawing people and the human body, line drawing which is all about perspective, lines, and points, and a 3D art class which included ceramics, paper, and all other kinds of 3D objects and shapes. Most of the painting and sketching I've done is self taught. The thing I love about art is that...it's not permanent! You can erase, paint over, remold, remove. If you ARE using something permanent like a pen or marker, something you might think is a mistake can completely open your eyes to a new vision that you want to show or explore. Art is limitless! I also make clothes by hand sewing and soon on the sewing machine, crochet, and knitting as well, I make jewelry with crystals, gold wire, and beads @kikiscreativehands on instagram, and my skincare products for my skincare business, Kiki's Love Skincare @kikisloveskincare on instagram
