About

Your athletes mind, body and soul will be trained and transformed to meet the rigorous demands the game of baseball requires.! Backed by 20 years of fitness training, education, playing experience and coaching experience. I will train your athlete to be a better them and ball player!

I have a passion for the game of baseball. I was introduced to the beautiful game of baseball at the age of 8 years old. I had the honor of playing this game of baseball from little league, all the way through college. My son played baseball from the age of 6 through high school and now will be playing in college in 2019. I have been trained and coached by some of the best in the country. I have gained enormous knowledge over the years and feel confident in my ability to train athletes. I enjoy seeing the student get better with each workout session. At the end of the day a student needs to understand they have the tools to meet any need. It is up to the coach to show them how to use their tools in a given situation. To see a student gain confidence in themselves and their ability to overcome obstacles makes me happy. That's why I enjoy the work I do!

Reggie is an excellent coach & has extensive experience in athletic training. As a former high level athlete himself at the high school and collegiate levels, hes been able to transfer his personal achievement into a model for others to aspire to and achieve for themselves. I highly recommend anyone interested in athletic training and fitness to get under Reggies leadership and work with him at Quick Fast Fitness.

The training provided by Reggie Cornish is awesome. Safety is always a top priority. He is patient with the kids and explains everything to them in a way that is clear and concise, and easy for them to understand.

    Frequently asked questions

I ask a few background questions such as; previous health issues related to exercise and fitness. Any recent injuries sustained from sports or exercise. Goals the student wants to obtain. Any fears related to sport or exercise.

I have played the game of baseball from the age of 8 years old through college. I have a BA in Human Performance in Sports. An AA in Correctional Science from the school of Behavioral Health. Certificates in heat stroke awareness and heat illness. Cpr and first aid certification as well. Also, 20 years plus in fitness training,  coaching and instruction.

Basic rate is $40 a session which is a hour.

I started teaching students when I suffered a torn ACL. Physically unable to play sports for six months. So, I turned to coaching and teaching students how to play at the little league level.

I have worked with elite students. Highly motivated students and students lacking motivation. I have also worked with students who were born with congenital disabilities and lacked basic motor skill.

I am fond of youth sports and competition. It helps student gain important social skills needed in today's society.  It helps develop character and leadership skills.

Look for a teacher/instructor who will challenge you mentally, physically and show you how to motivate yourself and help gain intrsic feedback needed to become a better athlete.

What are they looking to gain from training?

Where do they need to improve?

Do they really want to get better?
