My name is Kenny Barton.
I played 6 years with the SF Giants and Cleveland Indians as an infielder/outfielder.
I do my training at Swing Lab 44, in Murrieta Ca. Am consistently dedicated to the success of the student.
I have been a College Recruiter, also have been teaching hitting/infield knowledge for over 35 years.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First analysis is a students aptitude in relation to his/her age. As communication is priority as an instructor, it's paramount that the student is able to receive the information I give them, Then put it to use.
I focus on a balanced, flowing, short to the ball approach. All students have a different level of athleticism, therefore I work with the student/athlete where they are and make them better.
I was a switch hitter and understand the mirror effect of a swing.
Students are responsible for training during their off training days.
Every student has a weekly time slot they are responsible to come to weekly to achieve success.
I have approximately 46 students per week that are in a Monday thru Friday time slot 3:30pm until 9pm
Each session is one half hour.

6 year professional player, college coach and recruiter.

How did you get started teaching?
Began doing private lessons, then was a hitting coach at SDCC in San Diego.
I have been at Turnin 2 now for 12 years.

Make sure their experience lines up with the cost you will pay for.
