At Redlands Aikikai, we offer a supportive environment for practitioners of all levels, from beginners to advanced. Our experienced instructors are dedicated to helping you learn traditional martial arts, focusing on self-defense, discipline, and the development of mind and body. Our Mission is to enhance the well-being of our community-physical, mental, social and spiritual — through refinement of the human spirit.
