V Sleek Personal Training - is one on one personal fitness training that will motivate clients to reach their personal fitness, nutritional and health/wellness goals. Each client will receive a free fitness consultation, so I can create personalized exercise/nutrition program to help achieve their weight loss goals.
MindBody Coaching- I help encourage, support and strengthen by mentoring women to nourish and nature their mindbody and soul. I teach and motivate women on how to practice Meditation and Self Compassion.Through the benefits of coaching I develop strategies and plans for clients to reach their health and personal goals.
