Our group exercise classes offer formats not found anywhere else locally including Tabata, Cycling-The Breakthrough and Cycling Periodization Training, Jillian Michaels BODYSHRED™, TRX, Pilates, FitCore, Jungshin Fitness. We offer nutrition education, MELT Method, Specialty Yoga and T'ai Chi, Goal-setting workshops and a community of like-minded individuals each striving towards creating the best version of themselves.
