“I have nothing in common with lazy people who blame others for their lack of success. Great things come from hard work and perseverance. No excuses.”
Basketball philosophy -
Our goal as an organization is to improve the mental and physical fortitude of each player that we work with. We believe that understanding the game of basketball and playing the game of basketball are equally important. As a team, we strive to separate ourselves from any other basketball training service in the Bay Area. We cater our trainings to the goals and ambitions our clients provide. After our initial consultation with a client, we draft a curriculum, establish a timeline to reach their desired goals, and discuss a strategy that fits with their schedule.
As a trainer, I have over 25 years of experience playing the game of basketball. In January of 2015, I transitioned into coaching and training. I started my career coaching formally for the Club One Kings. The Kings were a 10U AAU team based in Concord. In 2017, I began working with Hoopsphere, a prominent basketball clinic, based in Fremont. As a Hoopsphere Coach, I’ve spent years cultivating players individually and coaching teams as a collective unit. The knowledge that I’ve gained from playing and coaching the game will now be available for athletes as young as 7 years old up to 25 years of age. My goal is to train, coach, and empower individuals in the Bay Area. Our company is focused on working together to help reach individual victories everyday.
We want each one of our clients to increase their love for the game, improve their skill set, and grow more confident on and off the court.

I enjoy helping others reach their goals. I understand what the game of basketball was able to do for me. The skills that you manifest as a basketball player can be applicable both on and off the court. My official title is a Basketball Trainer, but my goal is to promote holistic development.
Coach T is patient and encouraging, but also identifies your weaknesses and pushes you to be the best athlete you can be. No matter your skill level, he will find things for you to work on and honestly, since there's nothing really fun to do during the pandemic, training sessions with him are the best part of my week. If you like basketball and are serious about getting better, I recommend you give him a shot.
