How did you get started teaching?
I started teacheing on a volunteer basis. I have been working in tech for several years and decided to do my first teacher's training to go deeper in my practice and be able to share with my peers in Silicon Vally. After the tragic loss of my only son, I decided to quit my corporate career and traveled the world teaching yoga for teenagers and seniors. I have been tracing one-to-one classes I find out the power of yoga when watching the happy faces of my students after class.
What types of students have you worked with?
I am open to all ages. I don't believe that one class fits all and I do a comprehensive, yet not invasive, to better understand how students can benefit from their practice with me.

Sound healing is powerful and it directly connected to yoga. Earlier in November 2022, I participated as an assistant to a East Forest sound healing event in San Francisco on Ram Dass album Nature.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Yoga is a devotional practice. Your teacher should be able to listen to your needs with a "third ear", meaning in yoga -- the student's needs with an approach to compassion and empathy.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
1) Am I working with a flexible teacher, able to adjust my needs?
2) is my teacher aware that the practice should be about my physical & emotional needs?
3) Do I feel better, physically and emotionally, after practicing with that tracher?
