With nearly three decades of dedicated coaching experience, Coach Phil Cervantez has been a cornerstone of youth baseball development since 1998. Over the past 25+ years, he has successfully managed and mentored athletes across Little League, Pony Baseball, and competitive Travel Ball circuits.

At Baseball Basic Training, Coach Phil specializes in foundational and elite technical instruction for athletes ages 5–13. He focuses heavily on developing advanced hitting mechanics, pitching precision, and proper fielding techniques tailored specifically for growing players. His coaching philosophy balances rigorous skill-building with character development, helping young athletes build the confidence, discipline, and instinct needed to excel on and off the diamond.

He is currently an active Little League manager, dedicating his time to shaping the future of the sport by teaching proper fundamentals to the next generation of players.
