About
Recently separated Veteran from the U.S. Coast Guard with over five years of coaching experience from children to high school level players. I graduated from Yucaipa High School where most notably I was a starting pitcher for the CIF Southern Section Division II Championship. Other accolades include having pitched in 61 innings with 42 strike outs and a season overall 1.92 ERA.
I have high referrals to receive lessons due to my ability to work with each individual person in their own unique plan to improve. I come from a background of respect, discipline and integrity. I see baseball as a great tool to teach young men and woman how to carry the same work ethic into future uses.
Overall, I am a people person with high level understanding of pitching on many different levels and age groups. I have been a private pitching coach for more than five years now and continue to bring individuals to the next level of where they need to be.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Running/Stretching. After this we will do a light warm up stretching the arm and then procceed to throw 10-15 pitches so I can get a feel for what needs to be worked on and the kind of pitcher you are. After this I have multiple drills such as balance, placement, elasticity and more to set up for depending on what I see needs to be done. There will then be a main bullpen going from 20-30 pitches. We will end with a simulated batter at the plate and work on some of the things we practiced in a more live situation. After I will take anymore questions anyone has to be worked on.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
How did you get started teaching?
I started helping with pitchers at local youth pitching camps.
What types of students have you worked with?
All ages. Mostly ages 8-18 years old.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
My team won the 2018 CIF Division II Southern Section Championship.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Don't let someone turn you into the pitcher they want you to be. Everyone is there own way and has a unqiue way of pitching.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
What is YOUR goal. Always set up goals that are achievable and work your way up continuously looking to achieve greater accomplishments.
