About
Hello Everyone ,
My name is Amanda Frost, I am a former professional athlete who played overseas for 5 years. I have been playing basketball my whole life and have found a passion in not only playing the game but teaching the game as well. I attended John W. North all 4 years then received a full ride scholarship to Hampton Univiersity in Virginia. That same year I ended up transferring to a junior college “Fullerton College” where we were the number one team in the state. After I played a year there I received another full ride to Division 1 school Northern Arizona University. There I received many accalades as college sports madness player and broke every single season record. Although we weren’t as successful as we strived to be I was offered a deal to play overseas my senior year due to being the 7 highest scorer in the NCAA. I played 5 years overseas in Puerto Rico, Egypt, Romania, Australia and Poland. Throughout my years of playing every summer I have worked with a significant amount of kids/student athletes from all ages 4-18. I have now dedicated my time and energy into improving players skills and mentally preparing younger athletes for a dream within their reach. The plan is to develop an unmatched work ethic in each athlete I come across. I want to motivate, inspire and bring out the best in young athletes.

Intitally I like to evaluate the student, see what areas need the most work. From there, we get right to it start with basic fundamentals, agility movement, footwork, conditioning, as well as developing mental toughness for the game.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 8+ years in training young athletes from all ages. I graduated with a minor in physical education, I have a masters in sports business and also have CPR certification if ever necessary.
