What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We are an FAA approved flight school with courses for private, Instrument, commercial certificates. We also train you to be an instructor and multi engine pilot.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
30+ years of experience as a flight instructor and airline pilot. Owned and operated RFA, Riverside Flight Academy since 2011.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
It can vary a bit based on the plane you choose to fly and how quickly you get comfortable. Each hour with plane and instructor is about $200. The private certificate is around $8500

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Do some research, visit some schools and feel out the atmosphere. There's a lot to consider. Their fleet of airplanes. Instructor availability. Reviews from former customers. We have a ☆☆☆☆☆ Yelp rating and was chosen as the flight school of the year on a national ranking 4 years in a row.
