About this pro

Ultimate Combat System for multiple range offense and defense.  We cross train in Hapkido, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, 2 Taekwondo Styles, and Jeet Kune Do Concepts.

Many kickboxing champions have black belts in Taekwondo which has superior kicking combos for long range combat. Hapkido is great for standup mid-range grappling and ground and pound set up, and finally everyone knows Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is the master of ground grappling.  Jeet Kune Do philosophy discerns when to use what style, better footwork, and how to get more power from lead foot and hand unlike other combat arts.

We are also offering kickboxing for those who don't care about getting rank, just want exercise, or how to standup fight.  In March we will have self-defense classes available as well that for a small fee can be combined with kickboxing. The MMA class already covers self-defense.

The insructor Mr. Robert Moss has three black belts and has crosstrained in many martial arts.  Black belts are in Hapkido, Moo Duk Kwan Taekwondo, and Songahm Taekwondo.  Robert has been teaching martial arts for over 20 years.

The class is fun while you are learning, we enrolled our youngest child then my husband and myself decided to join the class. I give our experience in the class 5 stars.

Disciplined, high expectations yet has patience and remains calm. Highly knowledgeable and my son has fun while learning important skills.

I took lessons with Robert for quite a few years and it gave me a very solid foundation for my current self defense system.
