A session will consist of a warm up. Then basketball drills i.e. dribbling, defense, shooting, etc. Next a cardio/endurance exercise will be performed. Finally a freestyle section will be performed where basketball questions can be answered, any special basketball skill can be practiced, or a review of the drills performed during the session. Ultimately sessions will be geared around what the athlete would like to improve on and after an assessment by my self then recommendations will be made.
I have trained kids, teenagers, adults for 10+ years. I have trained athletes at the beginner and intermediate level. I have participated in training athletes at high school and basketball camps, private lessons at boys group homes, private lessons with minors and adults in greater Los Angeles area. Assistant Coach for three junior high schools for four years.
When I played in college my coach would allow me in thr coaches meeting to assist with game plans. I became intrigued with the process and my training branch out from there.
