I'm a certified personal trainer. I am certified by NCCPT and have had many clients that I have trained. I have played almost every level of basketball. I started off playing AAU basketball young. I was an All league MVP and conference winner. I played a year of college NCAA Division 1 basketball at Cal State Fullerton.

I enjoy working with and training all ages. I can truly teach footwork, post moves, inside-pivot moves, playing off screens, the pick-and-roll, eliminating unnecessary movement, and developing mental toughness. I focus on how to bring out no limits to the best of a player's ability.

I will hold hour long training sessions that consist of teaching the intellectual and athletic aspect of the game. I will go through Basketball IQ and explain the many aspects an athlete needs to know to improve intellect of the game. I will improve your stamina and explosiveness by testing your abilities to your maximum effort. I start my basketball training sessions with warm-ups and challenging drills. Then we will graduate to conditioning and repetitive shooting and layup drills. Will also work on exercises to improve on natural strength and longevity. When the athlete is ready I will toughen up with games of 5 on 5.
