About
You know how young players mostly practice shooting at the expense of developing other skills (e.g., footwork, driving, etc.)? And then they wonder why they can't perform in games...?
Well, this is where I come in... In addition to training with me in-person once a week, I assign my players a monthly calendar that they follow in their own time. They are required to train a different aspect of their game for 20 minutes each day (e.g., a specific ball handling drill on Monday, a particular footwork on Tuesday, a passing method on Wednesday, etc.) after which they send me a short video of their practice and receive remote feedback. This is one level of accountability that I provide. The other level is a tremendous focus on the details of each technique so that my players have a real edge over the competition and can make a big impact on and off the court.
My clients learn a tangible connection between the effort they put in and the results they get out. Because of the high level of commitment required, however, it's not for everyone... BUT, if you are serious about achieving a basketball dream (whether this is making your school team or playing pro) and will do anything to get it, get in touch and let's get after it.
