Butters Firearms Instruction
About
My approach to teaching new and experienced shooters is based around the student and not the instructor. I do my best to identify the students needs to match their individual goals. By providing a non judgmental, safe and friendly environment we can both relax and enjoy ourselves. This environment allows for me to be focused on the student and allows the student to focus on the instruction at their pace, not mine. Patience, Focus and Discipline have been the keys to my students success. Their success is my success. Customer focus is a must. Customer satisfaction is required.
Ive been teaching my family and friends for many years now. Professionally, for over eight. In this time I've seen great relationships flourish between students, families, friends and even married couples.
Sharing in the confidence and watching fear and anxiety melt away from students motivated me to teach. Knowing I have facilitated in the empowering my students with the knowledge, confidence and ability to safely handle firearms makes me proud. Seeing smiling faces and postive outlooks as my students leave my class motivates me to teach.
