To see the kids learn that through hard word goals and determination they can reach their goals in anything they do. Baseball is a stepping stone for life.

How did you get started teaching?
All started at Madison High School with my high school coach Bob Roeder at Madison high school for 5 years. Quick stop at Clairemont high school for 2 years, then to mission bay high school for 15 years getting the credibility for working under San Diego Coaching ledgen Dennis Pugh
What types of students have you worked with?
7 years old older kids with no experience to players that have great skill and great desire.
every year I have high school baseball players that I have connected with in youth baseball.
I TAKE PRIDE IN KIDS IVE HAD A CHANCE TO COACH MAKE THEIR HIGH SCHOOL BASEBALL TEAMS
IT IS NICE TO SEE SOME REACH THEIR GOALS WITH MANY GOING ON TO COLLEGE BALL AND SOME ARE PLAYING MAJOR LEAGUE NOW

My nephew going from a no name freshman to All CIF San Diego, All League made the All Star team batted 470 and scholarship to play at Cal State San Marcos

Make sure your teacher responds to your needs not jock cookie cut it
