What is your typical process for working with a new student?

During the first session a questionnaire is provided to assess skill level, and areas they would like to work on . During the first initial session the focus is on taking baseline, connecting with the clients, using video modelling , and various methods to assess there motivation.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

25 + years of basketball experience plus collegiate basketball experience. BCBA for 2 years and working in the field of (ABA) applied behavior analysis with teens/children for 10 years.

I have worked with kids as young as 4 and athletes as old as 45 on there Basketball goals while accelerating there skill development.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

We attended the "Committed to the Craft" Conference in San Diego with several NBA trainers and coaches. This event was a wonderful opportunity to learn from the greats in an intimate setting and an hands on approach. F
