Constant communaction with coach Dave around focus areas for my son’s skill set development has been very helpful. What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We conduct a trial session to assess the athlete across all areas of the game. From the initial assessment we put together a plan for the athlete the correct skill group and provide a video catalog that is available for the athlete that is customized to their skills level
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
25 + years of basketball experience plus collegiate basketball experience. BCBA for 2 years and working in the field of (ABA) applied behavior analysis with teens/children for 15 years.

How did you get started teaching?
I have a passion for helping others reach their highest potential . I found that the conventional teaching methods are outdated and needed a facelift to adjust to the game today. We need to help athletes with making decisions and being ok under pressure to truly have what’s taught in sessions transfer
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with kids as young as 4 and athletes as old as 45 on there Basketball goals while accelerating there skill development.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We attended the "Committed to the Craft" Conference in San Diego with several NBA trainers and coaches. This event was a wonderful opportunity to learn from the greats in an intimate setting and an hands on approach. F
